I'm really happy that the Ancient Magus' Bride is doing so well. It has a fairy tale feel that I absolutely love, the characters have good chemistry and it's a pretty good manga overall.

Kangoku Gakuen at 4th place is a very nice thing to see; it gives me hope that it will positively affect the Production Committee on how much funding the anime will receive. (The more, the merrier).
Shokugeki no Sōma at 5th is also a nice sight; although the anime is pretty much locked-down (with an air date of April 4th, it better be), but it might affect the prospect of extending the show (either by continuing the current show, begining the production of a split-cour, or creating OVAs). Ansatsu Kyōshitsu has multiple listings, at #2, #33, #41, #47 and #49; with the Character Book being listed as well at #27. Slightly off-topic, but I saw on MAL's post of the chart a LN title that might challange Toaru Majutsu no Heavy na Zashiki Warashi ga Kantan na Satsujinki no Konkatsu Jijou as the longest LN title yet, Yūsha kara Ōhi ni Class-change shimashita ga, Nanka Omotteta no to Chigau node Maō ni Tenshoku shiyō to Omoimasu.  (#20 in the LN section, can't miss it)
