I was curious why Hellsing Ultimate would make it on this list since it has been a while since that finished in Japan, but a new box set explains it.

I'm in that rare minority of people who thought Saekano was an uninteresting, by-the-books harem show, so seeing it top the list is disappointing - albeit not surprising. I don't dislike harem series on principle, but this one seemed to think it was a lot more clever and original than it actually was.
