I went to the dub premiere at Anime Boston and really enjoyed it! And I wasn't feeling the show in its subtitled form, so I can't wait to watch more of this dub. I guess it's just one of those things I connect with better when I don't have to also read it (other than Kong Wenge's lines, which are in Chinese in the dub as well). The acting and adaptive writing are great so far, too.

Doesn't matter if no other company does it, Funimation is contractually obligated to market and sell in the US and Canada. The Japanese licensors could easily sue if Funimation tried anything that was not in the contract. You cannot blame Funimation for this. Blame the contract that doesn't let them do it.
