Not a fan of the art. Though, I will give it a try. Maybe I'll get used to it after a few episodes.

Asahi looks like he's seen some stuff.... like a war vet or something.

Those are the eyes of a dead man walking.

Best romcom manga, ever. Hands down. Sure, the art is not that catchy at first but once you get used to it (and you see the things they do with it), you learn to love it

The adaptation art style looks overly generic in a BAD way.

This reminds me of Karin. Which, for me is a good thing, I very much enjoyed Karin and seem to have a soft spot for shows like it.

Much like Karin this, show has a "different" approach to visuals, it worked in Karin a but only time will tell if it will work for this show.

The art will grow on you if it bothers you.

Honestly, the plot sounds kinda interesting, but that art looks realllly generic. It reminds me of the style low budget anime had when it was switching over from cel animation to computer in the late 90's Confused

I can't really judge until I see a trailer, but the design of their faces is reallllllly bugging me Shocked

Plot twist, he's an immortal that fought in world war 2.

It reminds me of Rosario + Vampire.

I like the artstyle, it has a 90's look to it and I'm digging it. Whether the actual show will be good, we'll just have to see.

The promotional art looks closer to the manga's than the art used for the announcement. That's an improvement.

He has been to places, seen some things, been with some bad folks.
