I could see them riding chariots pulled by two horses; too bad there's just that samurai cultural association of riding on the horse.

Man...The horses are going to suffer from serious back pain after carrying those sumo wrestlers for who-knows-how-long. Sad

I'm guessing this is going to be a video game and not actual sumo wrestlers riding on horses.

Some horses can carry their own armor and knights in full armor.
Won't be very fast though, like a tank.
