You're confusing two different products. The model kits are ¥2,200 yen and come in pairs made by Hasegawa. The ones at the link to BBTS for US$38.99 are the pre-built action figures which retail for ¥3,500 from Sentinel.

If you're buying these for the box art then go for the models, I don't think the action figures have art from Keiichi Arawi. There's a pink and light blue set as well. Also the black one is really very dark brown or cacao as they describe it.

Also, these aren't garage kits, that's something entirely different. Wink These are you're average injection plastic model kits.

Funny thing is, I was on a huge Nichijou binge recently, and this is kinda nice to see. Eerie, but nice.
