Well, it worked for sailor moon, so why not.
A 10 day run seems kinda short; maybe they're hoping for more? ( Duh on my part. Of course they are. ) Myself, I really don't think this material lends itself to the stage. But stranger things have happened. Would be neat to see a video of it, if they allow one to be made and somebody could fansub it. |

All these short run stage adaptations make me wonder: are these things made on the cheap? Or are the tickets ludicrously expensive?

Given how the prices of anime-related things are in Japan, I'd imagine that they are expensive and that's probably also the case for Broadway plays. The budget would have to be really low compared to making a big movie about this considering the cyberpunk genre. |
