do you mean the one that got the names changed to "totally not the double dragon characters" (rage of the dragons)? also, I have been told this means doom for the indie developers who are working on a river city ransom game. |

I believe it's the Double Dragon fighting game from 1995 (surprisingly decent fighting game): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_Dragon_%28Neo-Geo%29
Apparently, Rage of the Dragons was supposed to be an official sequel to Neo Geo Double Dragon, but Million (formed by ex-Technos Japan staff) owned the rights to the characters, so they had to turn it into a homage. |
