I would think that it would be covered by the Anime Expo registration fee. I say this because if they were to charge additional money to see it, they would be likely getting lots of complaints about it and limiting their audience since the audience would be paying even more $. |

Uh...no offense, but I can't quite tell if you're joking or not, because like...we've...already known everything that happens in the movie, via Kanzenshuu, for some time now.
