I am surprised, but in a good way, to see Menma on the list. Even more happy to see she made #1. Anohana was a random shot in the dark series for me that turned into one of my favorite drama series of all time.

I was happy to see Le Chevalier D'eon get a bit of love in last week's poll. It's not a perfect show, but I enjoyed it and really appreciate its originality.

Really? Once I saw the List's subject, I thought "And of course, Memna is number one." And there she was. But then, I'm not a fan of that series as I was irritated by that "You're not crazy, she can interact with physical objects! Just have her move stuff around in front of people!" plot which he finally does after, what, 6 out of 11 episodes? No, it was probably worse than that; Eight episodes maybe?

Anyway. Sad that Sayo from Negima was beaten by a pokemon. But that's what she deserves for not having any feet which she still trips over somehow. And Nanana from Nanana's Buried Treasure... ok, I get why she was skipped because, apart from being physically dead, she's really no different from a NEET. And Sanae from Invaders of the Rokujyōma!?...

This could go on for days.

That poll, you guys, are you trying to bring about the end of civilization?

Worse is the option of dragging other idol shows into it, like Idolm@aster. You must know what that leads to:

Gengar is a much more frightening creature when you go by the Pokédex descriptions in the video games, hiding in people's shadows to drain their life force and such. (Then again, a lot of Pokémon are terrifying if you go by the in-game descriptions.)

Glad to see Sunday Without God at a reasonably high position in last week's poll. That show needs more love (and another season).

Sad to see my boy Gungrave ranked so low on the poll. Too underrated.

So is number 7 counted as friendly now? When it comes to friendly anime ghosts, I had Oshizu from To Love-Ru and Sayo from Negima! comes to mind.

And stop spoiling the plot of Civil War already Laughing

Oh, wait, I just remembered Otoboku: Maidens Are Falling for Me!, where one of the characters is a ghost of the deceased lesbian lover of the mother of the cross-dressing main character.

Thanks for that anime. Really, thanks.

I agree!!! Aside from one cheesey name ("Beyond-the-Grave"), the show hits an impressive number of high notes and is very moving.

*sees Menma, starts crying.

It's been a long time since I saw those episodes were the first three ghosts of pokemon appeared. I miss those days.

Nice to see Mayoi in the list, she's hilarious ans is one of my favorite characters from the monogatari seriea.

Rotom would be another Ghost-type Pokémon whose more mischievous than scary. It has a habit of infiltrating certain appliances and using its power to cause all sorts of consternation around its victim.

As for the Love Live poll...no answer.

Uh, I believe you forgot some people on that list

Sai is such an obvious choice! He's so adorable! He's absolutely obsessed with Go, but as Hikaru starts getting into it himself, he's both jealous and highly supportive.

Mr. Lion has been our main heroine Asumi's best friend and mentor for like, a decade. He sees her dream of space, and while her father is very supportive, she really does need Mr. Lion's help to teach her how to accomplish her dreams.
