Wow, Victor A contributed over half the goal amount. Hope that his philanthropy and the other contributions gathered can help out a few more animators with the expansion.

Although I think it a nice idea, at the same time this is terrible. This should be supported by the animation companies, not the general public. All this does is send a message to the companies that it is a-okay to continue to exploit these young people, because others will step in to help. The only lesson being learned here is one of exploitation, rather than attempting to get the animation companies to support reform.

While I do agree with you, the animation companies often are driven by money and so they may overlook this.

$15k? Are they housing them in shipping containers, or something? Wait nvm I checked their IGG page & I guess they're subletting & being fucked by Japan's ridiculous rent fees.
