Those elementary and Middle school ones are very creative. That first one is just insane. Looks like it cost more than the prize pool lol.

The Jeanne d'Arc model is incredibly beautiful. It didn't win the grand prize without a reason; the majestic design of it was that reason.

I guess I'm the only one not greatly impressed by the horse. It's just a pile of random parts, likely from clearance kits and broken eBay kits so they probably didn't cost much to build, glued together to vaguely resemble a horse. The rider is OK looking, but the two aren't even in scale together; the horse is far too big and ridiculously long! There have been far more impressive top winners from the Gundam Builder's World Cup.
