How to watch a youth movie #5: Skip the theatre and wait for the DVD/BluRay and watch it at home where you can cringe, squeal, and blubber out loud to your heart's content. Laughing

Ah, spoken by the character that almost had me crying.

Really looking forward to being able to see Anthem of the Heart. Unsure if anyone in the west, aside from Aniplex USA, are going to be getting this one. Will buy the movie from them if need be. Which reminds me...still gotta buy the Anohana movie from Aniplex, cause it doesn't look like anyone is Australia will be bringing that one over.

You forgot the most important theatre tip for this type of film, high pitched talking girl: put the popcorn on your lap & assure her the best bits are at the bottom of the bag. Don't get any ideas!

I'm looking forward to this, I hope AoA does a theatrical run here like they did for Anohana.

Speaking of which, they sure are using Anohana a lot to promote this. It would be nice if the movie gives us a character cameo or something to put the two properties in the same universe after all of this cross-promotion.

Anthem of the Heart is set in the same town as Anohana, that being Chichibu. So, I'd say that (along with some of the staff) are the connections between this and Anohana.

Don't believe they are set in the same universe, though I don't think anything has been said on that...?
