What movie? That's TV series... airing on Fuji TV.

Hmmmm....

There's definitely something on TV, so it looks like our information may be bad. We're looking into it.

Thing is, the Press release back in May said it would be a movie, as do other sources...

But the date we gave is definitely a mistake, perhaps an on TV preview ?

Moonphase lists it as TV, and he's rarely mistaken. Main site also says "television broadcast decided" (see "what's new").

Digital Monsters X-Evolution is a movie. V-Jump, Bandai of Japan, Imagi - they've all said it. It's simply airing on FujiTV January 3rd as a special animation. It is not a series. It will come out on DVD sometime in February.

The television airdate was not even originally planned.
