if only they would stop making each episode shorter with all the useless previous on from episode 1

for a series that is under 100 episodes.. the new content in each episode is about the same as the current one piece episodes.. Rolling Eyes

^

I know, right? I even don't know anymore what's the purpose of this previous ep. So anyone can jump on it or something like that? Load of crap.

Anyway, if this new arc will be as enjoyable as the sources material in manga, then I will gonna watch it.

Alright! 300th posts!

Their less than 14 chapters away from catching up i've heard. Its either shorter episodes or slower pacing then the slow pacing their already is

I'm really interested in this. The art quality is rather good (especially for Toei) so i'm curious to see if the actual art quality and animation quality is better than season 1's. Comparing the two posters for this season and the first season I am a big improvement. Come on Toei, at least show us some show that you spent money on

Looks like I'll be starting World Trigger soon. Seeing people talk about the long recaps in episodes makes me glad I waited.

That would be Princess Precure. Some episodes look downright incredible.

Perhaps it would've been easier if they had waited until this series had 120 chapters before they made the anime so they would have less filler moments.

Or the last few minutes of episode #710 of One Piece.

I'm still not interested. I like the manga so much that it hurts but the anime is just... no. I dropped it after like 12 episodes. The graphics are ugly, the colors are plain and the whole animation is just so low budget that I can't even watch it without having to throw up. It's a shame that Toei was the one to adapt this... The manga had so much potential to be adapted into a good anime but no... Toei had to mess up. Whatever...

So does this mean, as the key art and new title seem to imply, that this is no longer a spin-off but simply a second season with a new title?

They are skipping chapters so they will catch up soon or later...

i started with World Trigger anime (up to epi 33) .. then moved onto the manga and didn't bother with the anime since then

some good series got butchered when they turned it into an anime.. Confused

for World Trigger -- well.. keep seeing the some previous on about events from episode 1 even when you are on episode 30-ish Rolling Eyes

I actually stuck with the series and watched it with a friend, just to laugh at it and riff it. Having not read the source manga, we enjoyed its so-bad-it's-good-ness. But around/after the Afrokracktor Invasion arc, the budget and pacing finally pick up (outside the massive recaps) and it's actually gotten pretty good (when it's not going over previous materal). Some of the fight scenes have gotten... actually pretty good and decently-budgeted. Assuming the quality continues to improve, this next season should be pretty great.
