I hope this new Lupin III manga series and the currently airing Lupin III anime series get licensed for an English release.

I'm still not entirely sure how I feel about Rebecca. She's a total brat who embodies a lot of not-so-flattering stereotypes... but at the same time, she completely steals every scene, and she fits in so well with the rest of the cast that it's already hard to believe she's a brand new character. Worst comes to worst, I guess she'll end up being one of those characters I love to hate.

She's basically a Fujiko clone. It's a shame she's only been a focus for one episode too.
