So is no one going to mention how "The Refelction" looks like Cyclops?

Who needs Charlotte/Jun Maeda trying to do Marvel comics superhero rip-offs when we can have the real thing? Very Happy

Only if you mention how Cyclops looks like Red X from Teen Titans animated series Laughing

I find it just adorable that Stan Lee can from time to time be the face of a random co-production. I mean Ultimo is pretty OK, and I'm sure Heroman isn't exceptional or terrible. And that man's never ending quest for self promotion is a lesson to us all. Excelsior!
I bet this show will be alright

@mangamuscle And Hajime Segawa/Tokyo ESP. Wink

I read the title of the article and said "Hmm...I've got to check this out." The first thing I see is DEEN. I said "Why oh why?" Still intersted though.

I'm surprised that Nagahama would want to work on something like this, but he's the reason I'll watch it.

I remember when this was called X-Men. I'll probably watch it anyway.

I swear if Reflection's powers are shooting some kind of laser or force blast from that X on his face I will flip a table.

Love him or hate him, you can't deny the influence Stan Lee has had on the American comic book industry.

At least this isn't a continuation of Stripperella ::shudder::

Even people that hate Stan's gust should be cheering for this project, because if this anime is successful (even moderately so), it will open the door for similar collaborations, we already know that at this rate Japan will run out of material to make animes in the near future, but if they tap writers from outside japan plot quality is due to increase or at the very least, diversify.

In the preview alone, I saw Cyclops, Human Torch, and a female version of Prodigy from The Slingers. Laughing

It'll be interesting to see how they go about things. Super powers, in the traditional US comic sense, aren't really things I look for in anime. I get enough through reading comics.

I will say, I did enjoyed Tokyo ESP, so much so that I'm not collecting the manga.
