Interesting with a lot of newer actors in main roles and Aaron Dismuke as ADR director.

The show however...I'll pass.

I'm still super happy that funi is giving this a dub, let alone a broadcast dub. I know they dub mostly everything but started dabbling in sub only stuff recently I was worried this would fit that mold but glad my worries were for naught.

Super excited to hear the new and veteran actors Anime smile

I will most likely be passing on this show, but it is so nice to see Aaron dabbling into ADR Directing! Very Happy

Pretty decent mix of newer actors and veterans. Interesting to see Aaron Dismuke directing this. I've noticed that Funi has started several new directors/assistant directors on broadcast dubs. It's a little surprising since commentaries suggest that even the veteran directors were challenged by the increased pace.

A bit surprised that Aaron Dismuke is director now.
I can't wait to see how well this show will fare with some new seiyuu into the mix! Smile

Aaron Dismuke directs now? News to me.

Always nice to see new people get cast, and it's always a pleasure to see someone besides Tyler cast Heather Walker.

Boy do I just love it when people hate on dubs. If anything, it's making Anime become appealing to "I will only see a show in English". For Sub people, duh the Sub is gonna sound better in your view (That's because you saw it first in Japanese, I saw Avengers in Spanish first, and when I heard it in English I was like "This sound different, less appealing in English" That's because my first experience was in Spanish.

I may not care about the show itself, but man it's so surreal yet pretty awesome to see Aaron Dismuke now in the ADR director's chair. And to think I first heard him when he was a kid! Anime hyper

Congrats on Alphonse becoming a director. If the Pastel manga became an anime and was dubbed, I see him as playing Mugi.

My thoughts too haha I know anytime the words "Dub" appears in a title or something its almost a guarantee that people who hate them will come in and make sure its known they hate like them but no one has posted anything even close to that in this thread, wish it was like that more often Anime smile lol

It's so depressing that Funimation makes the best dubs but they can't license a good anime to save their life. Seriously, when was the last time they picked up a decent show...?
