since Heavy Object is from the same creator as Index it's cool to see someone from that cast be in this show, assuming the dub voice for this character will be Brittney Karbowski

Disappointed that you did not list that she voices Misaka Mikoto in To Aru Majutsu no Index and To Aru Kagaku no Railgun.

Ugh, after that awful episode 6 I really wanted to drop this. Now I'll keep chugging along since Rina Satou is easily my favorite seiyuu, and it's not like she's getting a ton of roles lately.

She showed up at the end of this week's episode, though she had only a few words.

One wonders just how old she was when she enlisted if she worked her way up. That she is a first lieutenant implies they have a lower officer rank of second lieutenant. This means she has been promoted at least once since becoming an officer. Of course looking at her and Frolaytia it is possible officers are selected and promoted based on physical characteristics.

Seemed odd to me as well since that is probably by far her most popular character. Sure Sailor Moon is incredibly huge, but when most people think Sailor Mars, they probably think of the original VA.

Yeah, it is an incredibly minor character.

Or I dunno maybe the Legitimacy Kingdom which places incredibly emphasis on lineage promoted her quickly because she is... a noble?

You seem to be either trolling or missing the point of how Kamachi set up his world in HO. Each faction has something they focus on almost to the exclusion of everything else.

Actually I was making a joke. It is obvious that both female officers are over endowed because it is anime, that is what they do.

I have no access to the source material so the only information I have on the world building here is what ever is present in the anime. The only information on the Legitimacy Kingdom is Havia's brief mention that he is a noble. I assume more will come out later.

I should mention that if the character in question was promoted based on being noble she did not "work her way up". As I mentioned in the review thread, historically cultures that have a nobility usually place their offspring into an officer corp. Nobles would enlist only if they had completely disgraced themselves. The term "gentleman ranker" is an insult.
