There's something inherently amusing that ANN's source for the news was a Japanese blog reporting on Round 1's tweet about their American arcades.

Ooh, Puente Hills. I know EXACTLY where this location is. I just went there not too long ago and found test machines for Pokkén Tournament. Some people didn't believe me.

I found it by accident though, as I actually went there because they had the 6 most recent Stern pinball machines and I am a pinball fan. (No longer accurate because they don't have Game of Thrones.)

Not that I am in any of these locations, but what arcades do they actually put these games in. The only decent arcades seem to be the Dave & Busters brand.

I don't know the other ones, but the Puente Hills location is Round 1 at the Puente Hills Mall. Round 1 is a small chain but the arcades are huge, and the focus is on the latest arcade game releases. It essentially caters to competitive arcade game players, as the main things they have there are fighting games, rhythm games, racing games, and pinball machines.
