Ohh, pretty good-looking so far. Liking the character designs and how they're animated.
It's got an interesting selection of music too.

And that 'first-person-shooter' pov near the end Surprised

It feels really weird being able to watch this on Youtube, for free, with no ads, legally.

Has anything been said about a physical release for these yet? I'm going to want to buy it if the rest are as well animated as this.

{Edit: Sorry but we don't allow links to fansub/illegal streaming sites here at ANN. And as it has been pointed out it's already on Youtube for free. You're welcome. ~ Psycho 101}

I find it hilarious that you link to an illegal streaming site, when it's available for free, legally, on Youtube.

I think Sunrise should have done a movie adaptation of Thunderbolt (120 minuntes or so) even if they were to publish it in 2018. Making a number of 18 minutes web episodes makes the whole story seem so disconnected and so underwhelming.

Nah, Bandai-Sunrise want milk the Gundam as possible as they can for model kit merchandise, make movie will be good but it will be a long wait for fans. If you dont like to watch a portion of story I suggest marathon watch all episodes when the anime end.

From what we can see, we got ongoing Thunderbolt, Origin II and TV series for Iron Blooded Orphans(I assume this will get season 2 next year), not to mention an OVA for Build Fighters Try which is will be coming up soon. My guess they are too busy with other Gundam projects so that's why Thunderbolt get short split episodes.

It's on YouTube. For free. With English subs. Legally. How can anyone justify watching it on a pirate site.

to be honest, if they wanted to give this Anime birth today, they need to redo the character design. For me this is really to Old school. do not get me wrong, Ushio to Tora is also "old", but they fit better in the world of today, as this ones. This here give me 1970 Style vibes. the world around them is okay, it's timeless. But the faces...

This is kind of just the aesthetic looks of U.C as designed originally by Yasuhiko Yoshikazu and followed pretty closely since. It's part of what still distinguishes the U.C Gundam entries from the anime of today for me, it's just never really changed so much as modernized a little bit.

This just looks so unbelievably good. It channels all the best elements of 0083 and 08th MS Team.

And I miss those.

Nothing strikes fear in the minds of Zeon like the "White Devil", god I love that scene.

That first episode was great, I wanted to watch it again as soon as it ended. I can't wait to get this on BD too. It also blows my mind that we can watch this on Youtube, subbed, for free! Props to Sunrise. Anyway, I can't wait for the next episode.

Seriously. The details for the ship interiors and the mobile suits look amazing. Love the character designs too. The whole jazz/music motif in general really adds to the atmosphere.
