no...she can excrete anything she knows how to make from her skin, if she knows exactly how a gun works and what its made of she can produce it from her skin, which is why her hero outfit shows more skin then it seems her character would, cause she needs open skin to use her power

I kind of expected them to reveal Shoto or Aizawa's designs next because of their level of importance in the plot.

I believe it was stated the mire complicated the mechanism the longer it takes to produces, so things like guns and bikes are harder for her to remember how to make (she memorises chemical and structural formulas in order to make anything) and simpler weapons like knifes and spears are her first port of call (as seen in the UA Invasion arc).
It's a fascinating power with lots of room for in universe exploration.
