It's weird that they're being released in reverse order.

4 and 5 are clearly the best games in this "action-horror" phase of the RE franchise. Most people who started with #6 probably wouldn't enjoy it a whole lot, and would be unlikely to check out the earlier entries.

According to IGN there will be a physical edition with all three games later this year, so the worst part for me is having to wait for that to come out.

I really hate getting digital versions of a game when I full well know there is a physical version out. The same thing happened with RE Revelations 2 but I only had to wait a month for that one.

Too long of a wait in my opinion.

Is there any changes to these games graphics-wise? My husband's favorite series is Resident Evil, and while he doesn't have a next-gen system, if there are any stunning visual changes or additions, he might spend the money on the physical version released later on (he's still a bit torn on whether or not to go for the remastered re-releases, since he has the original releases).

I don't see the Persona thing happening here.

a collection of RE 1-6 would be nice... like the God of War collection

All I know is I'm so glad Resident Evil 4 is getting re-released again. That was a great game!
