Kinda relieved this will be just a short story. It will be good to see the gang again, but I really don't want another CLAMP hiatus.

Oh okay. I guess they had to clear that up. In the years that a friend and myself were into CCS, I often wondered getting to know the characters what stories would come about while they were in their adult years. It would be interesting to see.

This is certainly cool. But I hope they do a reboot series in the near future!

I doubt it will be more than a volume or two, but I'm fine with that. The manga was perfectly concise and perfect, for me. I do kind of want the anime remade, with some extra shojo shininess, or softness in colors (like CLAMP's work esp now).

It's probably a long shot but here's my hope. I hope that it's a "Cardcaptor Sakura" story that's set in the United States. I think it would be fun to see the characters have an adventure here. They could have it in a city with a significant Asian population like San Francisco,Los Angeles,or even New York City. Those areas have Chinatowns and it would be great since some of the characters in it are Chinese. But again,that's me,hoping for the improbable.
