Video game publisher XSEED Games announced on Thursday that it will launch Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed for PC via Steam on May 26. The game will cost US$29.99, and the publisher will offer a 10 percent discount during the game's first week.

The Steam version will include the PlayStation 4 version's "visual editor" that allows players to change the game's graphics options. The version will also include enhanced visuals and Steam features such as achievements and trading cards.

XSEED Games released Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed (titled Akiba's Trip 2 in Japan) for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in August, and on PlayStation 4 in November.

XSEED describes the game's story:

AKIBA'S TRIP: Undead & Undressed tells the story of a young man named Nanashi who was lured into a trap and transformed into one of the walking undead. Lucky enough to be spared the worst of his fate by the kiss of a mysterious Synthister hunter named Shizuku, Nanashi is sworn to rid Akihabara of the Synthister threat. Together with the rest of his companions in an organization unofficially dubbed the “Akiba Freedom Fighters,” Nanashi and Shizuku must uncover the truth behind the Synthister plague and save Akiba from being overrun by their kind.

NIS America released the game in Europe.
