Durarara!!×2 Ketsu Anime's January 9 Premiere, Key Visual Revealed

The Twitter account for the three-part Durarara!!×2 sequel TV anime series revealed the premiere date and key visual (pictured below) on Saturday for the sequel's third part, Durarara!!×2 Ketsu. The third part will premiere on January 9 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and BS11. The series will then premiere on MBS on January 10 at 1:58 a.m. and also on CBC, although the site has not yet revealed the premiere date and time for CBC.
FLOW will perform the opening theme song "Steppin' Out" and PENGUIN RESEARCH will perform the ending theme song "Joker ni Yoroshiku" (Say Hello to Joker).
The first part (Durarara!!×2 Shō or "understanding") premiered in January 2015 and ran for 12 episodes, and the second part (Durarara!!×2 Ten or "motion") premiered in July 2015 and ran for 12 episodes. The sequel series also inspired the Durarara!!×2 Ten Gaiden!? video anime that premiered in Japanese theaters on Saturday.
Aniplex of America streamed the first two parts of the anime on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and the Aniplex Channel in Japanese with English subtitles and with an English dub. The company is releasing the first part of the sequel anime, Durarara!!×2 Shō, on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in two releases. The first release shipped on September 29 (with episodes 1-6) and the second release will ship on November 24 (with episodes 7-12 and the bonus 4.5 episode).
