Animax Asia Premieres Snow White with the Red Hair Anime on April 14

Regional anime channel Animax Asia revealed on Wednesday that it will premiere its airing of the Snow White with the Red Hair anime series on April 14 at 8:00 p.m. in Jakarta, Bangkok, and the Philippines.

Animax Asia describes the anime:

In the kingdom of Tanbarun lives Shirayuki, a normal herbalist with beautiful red hair. Attracted by her unique hair colour, the Prince of Tanbarun - Prince Raj orders her to be his concubine. Unwilling to give up her freedom, Shirayuki decides to cut her hair and escapes. While traveling through the forest, she meets the second prince of Clarines – Prince Zen Wisteria who helps her. Hoping to repay her debt, Shirayuki sets her sights on pursuing a career as the court herbalist in Clarines.

Both Shirayuki and Zen set on an endeavour towards their own goals and slowly learned to support each other and be each other's pillar of strength. What lies ahead for Shirayuki as she leads her new life at the royal palace of Clarines?

The series originally premiered in Japan last July, and is based on Sorata Akiduki's manga of the same name. The anime's second season premiered in Japan on January 11.
