Video game development company GAME FREAK's composer and director Junichi Masuda posted on Twitter and on his blog on Friday that GAME FREAK will reveal more information about the Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon Nintendo 3DS games on May 10, "around" 9:00 p.m. JST (8:00 a.m. EDT).
The games are slated for Holiday 2016, and be available on the Nintendo 3DS worldwide in Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean, and — unlike in the previous generation — Chinese (Traditional and Simplified). Players can choose their preferred language when they launch each game.
2016 marks the 20th anniversary of the Pokémon game franchise.
