Creators in Pack Produces Osake wa Fūfu ni Natte kara TV Anime

Animation studio Creators in Pack (NTR: Netsuzou Trap, Miss Bernard said., Ojisan to Marshmallow) announced at its "Creators in Pack Talk Show: 2017 Haru no Shinsaku Anime Happyōkai" (Creators in Pack Talk Show: 2017 Spring New Work Anime Presentation) stage event at the Machi Asobi vol. 18 event on Sunday that it is animating the television anime adaptation of Crystal na Yōsuke's Osake wa Fūfu ni Natte kara manga.

Hisayoshi Hirasawa (chief director for NTR: Netsuzou Trap, OZMAFIA!!, Ojisan to Marshmallow) and Taiichi Hatanaka (producer for Kiitaro's yokai picture diary) appeared on stage to make the announcement.

The "slightly sweet tipsy couple comedy" manga centers on the 28-year-old senior public relations company staff member Chisato Mizusawa. The story follows Chisato's daily life as she enjoys her husband Sora's cocktails. Chisato has secrets that only her husband knows.

The manga debuted Shogakukan's free manga website Yawaraka Spirits in April 2015, and Shogakukan released the fifth compiled book volume on December 12. The sixth volume will ship on May 12. The manga's five published volumes have a total of 250,000 copies in print.
