Siliconera: Spike Chunsoft Plans Robotics;Notes Western Release

Video game news website Siliconera reported on Friday that Spike Chunsoft President and CEO Mitsutoshi Sakurai said at Game Developers Conference 2018 that Spike Chunsoft plans to release Robotics;Notes in the West.

The original PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 visual novel, the third in MAGES. and 5pb.'s "Science Adventure" series after Chaos;HEAd and Steins;Gate, shipped in Japan in 2012. A PlayStation Vita port titled Robotics;Notes Elite debuted in 2014 with new animated scenes.

The game inspired a television anime in 2012. Funimation released the series in North America.

MAGES. has announced a "true sequel" titled Robotics;Notes DaSH.
