Nintendo Switch Console Has 8 Million-Seller Games

Nintendo revealed on Thursday that its Nintendo Switch console now has eight games that have sold more than 1 million units worldwide as of March 31. The games and their sales numbers include:

• Super Mario Odyssey: 10.41 million units
• Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: 9.22 million units
• The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: 8.48 million units
• Splatoon 2: 6.02 million units
• 1-2-Switch: 2.29 million units
• ARMS: 1.85 million units
• Xenoblade Chronicles 2: 1.31 million units
• Kirby Star Allies: 1.26 million units

Nintendo additionally revealed that the Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon games have sold a combined 7.51 million units. The two games are now the ninth best-selling games for the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles.

Nintendo stated that 12 of its titles sold more than 1 million copies in the fiscal year that ended on March 31.
