Live-Action Bijin ga Kon Katsu Shite Mitara Film Reveals Visual

The official website for the live-action film adaptation of Arako Toaru's Bijin ga Kon Katsu Shite Mitara (When a beautiful woman tries joining marriage hunting.) manga revealed a poster visual on Tuesday. The visual features Mei Kurokawa as Takako, Asami Usuda as Kei, Tomoya Nakamura as Sonogi, and Kei Tanaka as Yatabe.
The film will open in Japan on March 23. Other cast members include Seminosuke Murasugi, Razor Ramon RG, SHINPEI Ichikawa, and Tarō Yabe.
Toaru based the slapstick romantic comedy manga's story on real stories from a friend in her 30s. The story centers on Takako, a beautiful and professionally successful web designer who has recently ended a very serious romance. She has burned out on seeking love. However, when Takako realizes that she is already in her 30s, she suddenly decides to get married and begins registering on dating sites.
Toaru has been serializing the manga in the V Comi web manga app since July 2016, and it has consistently topped the app's popularity ranking. Shogakukan Creative published the manga's second compiled book volume shipped in April.
