We asked the photographer, "Do you cosplay yourself? If so, what's been your favorite character to cosplay?"
"I've only cosplayed a few times in my life. My wife Sugar Smacks Design and Aesthetics is currently making me a Blackbeard from One Piece that I'll hopefully be wearing at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2014. But as of this point in time, my favorite cosplay I had the chance to wear was one that she came up with called The Akatspada, a blend between the Akatsuki from Naruto and the Espada from Bleach. That was the first cosplay she designed for us, and we wore it together at our first convention together as a couple which was Dragon*Con 2010."
