Pre-Orders Begin Soon For This Stunning Rose of Versailles Lady Oscar Doll

Fans of Riyoko Ikeda's classic shoujo manga, Rose of Versailles, should definitely get their wallets ready, just to be safe. Takara Tomy will soon be accepting preorders for their beautiful Oscar François de Jarjayes doll.
Standing at approximately 27 cm (~ 10.6 in), the doll comes with two outfits, Lady Oscar's red uniform (complete with saber), and a more casual outfit.
The doll will retail for 12,960 yen (about US$118.94), and is expected to be released March 27, 2015. Reservations will be accepted from September 29 to November 4 at the Takara Tomy Online Mall, which is currently hosting an illustrated production blog showing off various steps of the doll design process.
Fans eager to bask in more Rose of Versailles goods should check out the Margaret 50th Anniversary exhibition, which will take place at the Mori Arts Center Gallery in Roppongi Hills from September 20 to October 19. In addition to artwork representing 50 years of Margaret and Bessatsu Margaret, the exhibit will also feature a themed cafe, oversized manga illustrations, special goods, and life-size statues of Lady Oscar and André Grandier.
