Bandai Shows Off the Psycho-Pass Dominator Proplica With Demo Videos

Bandai has posted videos showcasing the Psycho-Pass Dominator from its Proplica line, and it looks perfect for both collectors and cosplay enthusiasts. Not only does it have working lights that mimic the Dominator's function from the anime, it even features voiceover from actual Dominator voice actress Noriko Hidaka..
The demo videos show the gun being activated, registering the user (Shinya or Akane), measuring the Crime Coefficient, and denying an invalid user.
The Dominator is approximately 360 mm in length (~ 14.2"), and boasts a realistic texture. It is equipped with over 30 multi-colored LED lights, which allows the user to reenact just about every scene from the anime. The toy also comes with a display rack, designed to mimic the gun racks seen in the series.
It is expected to ship in January 2015. Those interested in buying one should start saving up now—each one costs 21,600 yen (about US$197.63).
