Japanese Fashion Label Designs New Sailor Moon Attire

A new line of clothes is undergoing a Moon Prism Power Makeup transformation.
Secret Honey, a Japanese fashion brand, is collaborating with Sailor Moon Crystal to release several new pieces inspired by the anime.
The first is a special sweater/culottes coordination piece called Sailor Collar Sweater and the Motif skirts respectively.
Note: the website refers to some of the skirts as "culottes," this is used in Japan to refer to shorter skirts but the word is more commonly used for a type of capri pants.
The sweater portion is designed similarly to the collar of Usagi's usual school uniform with two blue stripes adorned over every edge of the sweater with the zipper accentuated with a trademark red ribbon. Over the breast area of the sweater is a silhouette of Luna perched upon a crescent moon. The optional blue culottes is decorated with various Sailor Guardian insignia and key items such as the Moon Stick and the Crystal Star Compact. The sweater costs 14,000 yen (US$113) and the skirt 9,800 yen (US$79). The sweater comes in white and dark blue. A silhouette print chiffon skirt with a silhouette of Sailor Moon in her princess form printed at the hem is also available for 8,800 yen (US$71).
Another item in the line is the silhouette print long dress. Modeled after Princess Serenity's garment, this piece includes puffy shoulders and a regal outline. Though it retains a formal tone as expected of royal attire, it remains loose and simple enough to be worn casually. Printed upon the hem is either Princess Serenity herself or her fated lover Prince Endymion. With the long dress going for 18,000 yen (US$145), a short strapped camisole version is also available for 13,000 yen (US$104) that includes a red ribbon at the strap and a silhouette print of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask.
Lastly, the lineup includes the motif white blouse. Consider it the combination of the aforementioned dresses, featuring a broad frilly shoulder design similar to Princess Serenity yet a shorter skirt for casual comfort. Like the skirts, this blouse is printed with the Moon Stick, the Crystal Star Compact and Sailor Guardian insignia as well as Luna atop the moon. The blouse will be available for 14,000 yen (US$113).
The fashion line will be available online on July 24 and in Secret Honey stores in Japan nationwide on July 25.
