Durarara's Izaya, Shizuo Transformed Into Owls for New Plushes

Durarara!!'s original antagonist Izaya and his long-time foe Shizuo are being reimagined as owls for two new plush toys.

The Izaya owl is shown with fluffy white feathers around his "neck," imitating the fur lined hood on his coat. His wings are also a darker color similar to his jacket.

The Shizuo owl keeps the character's trademark blue glasses and black bow tie. The bird's coloring also mimics a tuxedo, just like the human counterpart's bartender uniform.

MOVIC is creating both the owls for 4,320 yen (US$36) each They measure 11in x 11in. The company previously released similar, albeit smaller, owls in September. The design has also inspired gift tags.
