Most Popular KanColle Characters Ranked by Pixiv Fan Art

pixiv fan art can be quick go-to to figure out a series, or character's popularity. myrmecoleon has used the site with varying success to predict trends at Comic Market, for example.

Kantai Collection's own popularity at Comiket was predicted this way. A closer look at the video game and anime series' fan art from the last year was also used to see which characters were most popular on the fan art website. The results give a different picture than a previously held poll on the Goo Ranking site.
