High School Fleet, Barakamon Voice Actress Nozomi Furuki Marries

Japanese voice actress Nozomi Furuki announced on her official blog on Thursday that she has married and entered the family register. Furuki did not name the person she married.

Furuki said, "[He's] that sort of bright person that's natural and laughs spontaneously when we're together. I want to build a family who can't suppress their smiling faces." The voice actress thanked fans for their support and said the plans to continue to devote herself to her work. Furuki also celebrated her 29th birthday on Thursday.

Furuki's anime voice roles include Chaos Dragon's Mashiro, The Seven Deadly Sins' Ellen, Barakamon's Miwa, Scorching Ping Pong Girls' Zakuro, and High School Fleet's Tama.
