Monkey Punch's launched the Lupin The Third manga in Weekly Manga Action magazine in 1967. Various promotions, including the release of a special mook (magazine book), are celebrating the series' 50th anniversary. The department store Isetan announced its latest contribution to the celebration on Wednesday.

Isetan's limited-edition Frame Kitte stamp set includes a gold plate shaped like a postage stamp, five 52-yen Lupin stamps, a reproduction mini colored paper board signed by Monkey Punch, a frame, and an aluminum case. The gold plate features Japan Mint's seal mark of authenticity.

The set costs 500,001 yen (about US$4,411), and Lupin the Third fans can order through the Japan Post online shop or Isetan Online Store. The stamp set will go on sale on February 22, and only 25 sets will be available through Isetan Online Store.

A separate Frame Kitte set includes 10 Lupin stamps, a special holder with five postcards, and a set of 12 postcards for 5,000 yen (US$44).

Japan Post's online shop is currently offering regular Frame Kitte stamp sets inspired by anime such as Bungo Stray Dogs, Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru, Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale, and Kuroshitsuji: Book of the Atlantic. People can also purchase Frame Kitte stamps from Japan Post that feature their own photographs.
