Charapedia, ANN Pick Most Anticipated Spring 2017 Anime Series

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Japanese Charapedia and Anime News Network readers cast their votes for their most anticipated Spring 2017 anime series. The results aligned for the top choice, but after that tastes diverge. Can you guess which show has both sets of voters excited?

The result may be obvious but the long awaited second season of Attack on Titan was the number one choice in both cases. The upcoming arc promises to get to the bottom of many of the series' secrets, including the true purpose of the man-eating, marauding Titans. ANN readers' second top choice was Shōnen Jump superhero action series My Hero Academia. Charapedia users, perhaps not having learned their lesson from the end of Oreimo, went for Eromanga Sensei.

Even more interesting is that sin Nanatsu no Taizai ranked on the women's choices but not the men's.
