Tiger & Bunny, Madoka Magica, Love Live! Top NHK's Best 100 Ranking

NHK posted the final results for its Best Anime 100 fan poll on Wednesday. The poll collected votes from January 8 to March 31 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of anime. People could choose from the approximately 10,000 Japanese anime produced so far and vote for three works per day. The poll received about 600,000 votes. NHK and BS Premium will broadcast the top-ranking anime.

The full results of the poll are available on NHK's website. The general results rank the top 400 anime, and the rankings divided by gender list the top 100 anime. Tiger & Bunny led the intermediary results that NHK released in January and February.

NHK's Countdown Live: Anison Best 100! television special announced the results of a poll of the best anime songs in February. Songs from Love Live! and Tiger & Bunny topped the list.
