Gugenka announced PC and PlayStation VR ports of its VR de Emilia to Isekai Seikatsu - Hizamakura-hen & Soine-hen (Life in Another World With Emilia via VR: Lap Sleeping & Sleeping Together Versions) and VR de Rem to Isekai Seikatsu - Hizamakura-hen & Soine-hen (Life in Another World With Rem via VR: Lap Sleeping & Sleeping Together Versions) smartphone apps on Thursday. The PC versions are available now.
The PC versions support both Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, and they are available through DLsite.com. The PC games are also slated to launch via Steam this winter. The PSVR versions are slated for release through the PlayStation Store this winter. The releases cost 2,160 yen (about US$19) each.
Both the Emilia and Rem games let players get the experience of sleeping with their heads on the characters' laps, as well as sleeping next to the characters. Another function also lets players view the characters from a variety of angles.
Gugenka released the original Rem version of the app, inspired by the Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- light novels and anime, for iOS and Android in May. The Emilia version debuted in June.
