posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Whether you're a fan of Masaaki Yuasa's take on Go Nagai's original manga or Avu-chan's rendition of the "Devilman no Uta" song, you're going to want to pick up Aniplex's limited edition DEVILMAN crybaby box set. You'll just have to stomach the high price tag and the May 30, 2019 release date.

The complete box set comes with the original 10 episodes that are currently streaming on Netflix on three Blu-ray Discs, two bonus CDs, a 100-page animation materials book, a 100-page artbook, and a collector's box with art by character designer Kiyotaka Oshiyama. The anime also includes English subtitles.

The bonus materials are impressive, but music fans will be excited to hear that on top of the two bonus CDs is a 12-inch vinyl of the show's soundtrack. The set includes the soundtrack on a regular CD too, as well as a remix CD by composer kensuke ushio.

The whole set retails for 32,400 yen (US$295). Pre-orders close on May 21.

The DEVILMAN crybaby anime premiered worldwide on January 5. The 10-episode anime is available in 190 countries or territories, with seven spoken languages and 23 subtitle languages. The dubbed languages include English, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, standard Spanish, and Castilian Spanish. The project marks Go Nagai's 50th anniversary as a creator.
