Singer Luna Haruna Unveils 3rd Wave of Wedding Dresses

posted on by Jennifer Sherman

Singer Luna Haruna revealed the third wave of wedding dresses for her Lunamaria brand on Saturday. Haruna designs and produces the brand's wedding dresses.

Haruna launched Lunamaria in 2016, and the brand unveils five new dresses every year. Before debuting as a singer, Haruna was a model for the Kera fashion magazine. Lunamaria wedding dresses reflect lolita fashion and other current trends. For example, the brand's dresses have had a space motif, incorporated leather, and used Chinese lolita elements. Cinematic began streaming a promotional video for the brand in January.

One of the new designs, "KiraKira♡SugarDoll," debuted at the "TGC Hiroshima 2017 by Tokyo Girls Collection" event in HIroshima in December. Haruna herself wore the dress and appeared at the event.

The other new designs are "Marionette Circus," "Innocent Bouquet," "Oriental Rosebud," and "Selene." The dresses will be available for rental use beginning in March.

Haruna performed at the "C3AFA Hong Kong 2018" event on Sunday. She will also perform at the "Toyosu Music Collaboration ~Team Smile Higashi Nihon Daishinsai Fukkō Shien Live~" charity event on March 11 to support reconstruction efforts related to the Great East Japan Earthquake disaster.

Haruna has provided theme songs for anime such as Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend, Sword Art Online, and Fate/Zero.
