A high-end folding screen is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the original Hakuōki otome game, which debuted in 2008. The Dengekiya online shop is accepting pre-orders until September 1.

The folding screen has a detailed metal frame and measures 90 centimeters (about 35 inches) tall by 135 centimeters (about 53 inches) wide. Each folding screen will cost 162,000 yen (about US$1,500), be built to order, and include a serial number.

The screens are slated to ship in late December.

The story of the Hakuōki game franchise and its anime adaptations centers around the historical Shinsengumi samurai group in Kyoto during the 19th century.
