Original Pretty Cure Duo Look Positively Bridal for 15th Anniversary Figure

The magical girl franchise Precure all started in 2004 with just two heroines, Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro, in the original Futari wa Precure anime. 15 years and 55 magical girls later, Precure is still going strong. The franchise is celebrating its 15 anniversary with special events, shaking up the status quo, and cameos of characters from past seasons. The staff also aren't shying away from nostalgic merchandise, including a bridal-themed pair of figures of Nagisa and Honoka.
The Precure 15th Anniversary HG Girls Futari wa Pretty Cure Memorial Figure is available for preorder on Premium Bandai for 6,980 yen (US$64).The store is expected to ship orders in July.
The girls are depicted in their corresponding colors with arms entwined, each holding a beautiful bouquet.
There's also plenty of extra ruffles to add a sense of extravagance.
Star Twinkle Precure, the most recent television anime entry in the franchise, will premiere on February 3. The film Eiga Precure Miracle Universe will open in Japan on March 16.
