DOLL, The Embalmer Manga Creator Draws The Favorite Film Art

Manga creator Mitsukazu Mihara drew an art piece inspired by the Oscar-nominated film The Favourite. Yorgos Lanthimos' period film starring Olivia Colman, Emma Stone, and Rachel Weisz will open in Japan on February 15 after previously opening in the U.S. on December 21.
The Favourite is a historical drama and comedy that takes place in early 18th century England. Queen Anne rules the country but her physical ailments often keep her in bed. Her trusted confidante is Lady Sarah (Racehl Weisz) with whom she has a complicated relationship. Sarah's cousin Abigail (Emma Stone) seeks to take advantage of both woman to regain her former noble status.
Mihara is known for her gothic-lolita manga series. Tokyopop published her IC in a Sunflower, DOLL, R.I.P. - Requiem in Phonybrian, Beautiful People, Haunted House, and The Embalmer in English.
