VR Service Lets You Meet Pretty Boys 1-on-1 From Inside Their School Lockers

posted on by Kim Morrissy

A VR video series lets you have some alone time with a boy inside a school locker. The Locker Boys VR experience was added to the VR download and rental service 360Channel on Monday.

Locker Boys was first launched in 2017. It has previously been featured at various VR experience events and arcades, but this is the first time it has become available for download.

You can choose to fraternize with one of three boys: an arrogant boy with red hair voiced by Ryōhei Kimura (Akira from Eden of the East, Kise from Kuroko's Basketball); a cute yet sadistic blonde boy voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara (Natsu from Fairy Tail, Simon from Gurren Lagann); and a nonchalant boy with green hair voiced by Wataru Hatano (Gajeel from Fairy Tail, Sam from Toward the Terra).

In the videos, you (the player) are looking through the locker of the boy of your choosing and then hide inside the locker when someone approaches. Eventually, you are discovered by the boy and he has a conversation with you.

Each video costs 400 yen from the 360Channel (200 yen for a rental). The videos are compatible for PC, iOS, Android, Oculus Go, Oculus Rift, Gear VR, Daydream View, Mirage Solo, Windows MR, and FOVE (VIRTUAL GATE). However, the apps are only distributed in Japan, and are not supported for non-browser viewing from outside Japan.
