The Biggest Attack on Titan Manga Gallery in the U.S. Coming to AnimeNYC

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

It's a manga gallery of titanic proportions and it's coming to New York City. Kodansha Comics announced on September 29 that the Anime NYC convention will host a gallery dedicated to the conclusion of the popular Attack on Titan manga series. The gallery will "showcase the evolution of art by series creator, Hajime Isayama" and include a message board from fans around the world.

Fan can participate by using the hashtag #ThanksAttackonTitan to share their videos, pictures, and posts on social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Kodansha Comics staff will choose posts to spotlight on a wall of the Attack on Titan manga gallery.

Anime NYC will take place at the Javitz Center from November 19–21.

Kodansha didn't state if the gallery is related to the previous Attack on Titan FINAL Exhibition that toured Japan in 2019 and 2020.

Isayama's Attack on Titan manga ended in the May issue of Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine on April 9, after 11 and a half years of serialization. The series has inspired a popular television anime, many spinoff manga and novels, several spinoff anime, video games, and a live-action film project. The first part of the Attack on Titan The Final Season anime concluded in March and the second part is scheduled to premiere in January 2022.
